Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations & Readiness Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational ownership of core people workstreams and programs
- Coordinate tactical implementation of new program changes and manage change across the business
- Drive consistency in alignment with employee data management, taxonomy, and compensation across corporate and regional teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience
- OR equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in Near Term Strategy, Management Consulting, or Finance
- Demonstrated experience in sales operations, program management, or change management
- Familiarity with incentive/compensation concepts and change management methodologies
