Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations & Readiness Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end operational ownership of core people workstreams and programs
  • Coordinate tactical implementation of new program changes and manage change across the business
  • Drive consistency in alignment with employee data management, taxonomy, and compensation across corporate and regional teams


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience
  • OR equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in Near Term Strategy, Management Consulting, or Finance
  • Demonstrated experience in sales operations, program management, or change management
  • Familiarity with incentive/compensation concepts and change management methodologies
