Key Responsibilities

• Navigate complex employee situations and support managers in building high-performing teams
• Lead and improve HR operational processes across the full employee lifecycle
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable HR processes and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in HR operations and generalist roles
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted partner across multiple functions
• Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems, with a preference for Rippling and Greenhouse
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
