Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all lifecycle components of the people team, including pre-onboarding, offboarding, immigration
• Enabling and empowering team members through community-driven programs and initiatives
• Managing the People technology and systems team to optimize talent and ensure harmonization with the overall tech stack

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of direct experience in People Operations
• Experience in consulting in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to partner with a variety of people, both internal and external
• Experience working with budgets, data analysis, and building dashboards
• Passion for teaching and coaching
