To establish and lead the People function for a rapidly growing technology organization, the remote People Operations Leader will design and implement scalable HR strategies, processes, and programs while partnering with executive leadership to support long-term growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement the organization's People Operations strategy and infrastructure
- Develop scalable HR programs and policies that support business growth and organizational agility
- Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources or People Operations leadership experience
- Proven success in building a People function from the ground up
- Strong knowledge of multi-state U.S. employment laws and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with payroll, HRIS, and employee lifecycle processes
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution
