Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
- Manage and administer the employee benefits program
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations
- HR or benefits-related certification is a plus
- Experience in a fully remote environment with multi-state employees
- Knowledge of HR best practices, benefits administration, and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP
