Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, People Operations to lead and enhance their HR functions and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and coordinate recruiting strategies to ensure diverse candidate pools and a seamless hiring process
- Oversee HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
- Enhance employee engagement and retention through effective experience programs and team initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, Recruiting, or HR Business Partnering
- Broad HR experience, preferably in a Tech/SaaS environment
- Proven ability to influence and drive organizational change
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience in building scalable People team processes and programs
