Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and coordinate recruiting strategies to ensure diverse candidate pools and a seamless hiring process
  • Oversee HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Enhance employee engagement and retention through effective experience programs and team initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, Recruiting, or HR Business Partnering
  • Broad HR experience, preferably in a Tech/SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to influence and drive organizational change
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in building scalable People team processes and programs
