People Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Manager to lead and scale HR and recruiting functions across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee support
• Own full-cycle recruitment and partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Continuously improve workflows and collaborate with external consultants to enhance team efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or Recruiting roles, preferably in a startup environment
• Solid understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices, with experience in Canada and India
• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS tools
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
