People Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Manager - Recruiting & Employee Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for various roles and manage job postings and candidate pipelines
• Own and improve the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are engaged and productive from day one
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and support culture-building efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or HR leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting and onboarding program management
• Experience in technology, SaaS, healthcare, or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
