Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain hiring processes, systems, and tools for equitable hiring practices
  • Project manage hiring processes and support staff training for implementation
  • Manage staff training plans and internal cohort programs, including onboarding and fellowship administration
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in recruitment and hiring with knowledge of equitable practices
  • Ability to develop and document processes and manage short-term projects
  • Strong program management skills, including design and execution
  • Experience in navigating tech spaces and designing trainings is preferred
