Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain hiring processes, systems, and tools for equitable hiring practices
- Project manage hiring processes and support staff training for implementation
- Manage staff training plans and internal cohort programs, including onboarding and fellowship administration
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in recruitment and hiring with knowledge of equitable practices
- Ability to develop and document processes and manage short-term projects
- Strong program management skills, including design and execution
- Experience in navigating tech spaces and designing trainings is preferred
