Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations Manager to lead HR functions and build scalable people systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting and optimize the recruiting process
- Create onboarding and offboarding experiences, managing training and exit interviews
- Administer benefits and compensation programs while ensuring compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of People Operations or HR experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- Hands-on experience with PEOs and international employment
- Working knowledge of benefits administration and U.S. employment law
- Proven ability to build HR processes from scratch
- Available to work during EST or CST business hours
