Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting and optimize the recruiting process
  • Create onboarding and offboarding experiences, managing training and exit interviews
  • Administer benefits and compensation programs while ensuring compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of People Operations or HR experience in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Hands-on experience with PEOs and international employment
  • Working knowledge of benefits administration and U.S. employment law
  • Proven ability to build HR processes from scratch
  • Available to work during EST or CST business hours
