Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Manager to manage end-to-end HR functions in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and terminations across U.S. and international operations
  • Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries and manage sensitive employee matters in collaboration with Legal
  • Manage relationships with PEO and EOR providers, ensuring compliance and effective payroll coordination


Required Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of hands-on HR/People Operations experience
  • Direct experience with U.S. PEO and at least one international EOR
  • Familiarity with benefits, compensation, and performance cycles
  • Experience managing terminations and sensitive employee issues independently
  • Background in startup or high-growth environments (25-150 employees) preferred
