Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and compensation updates
• Administer and optimize the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and manage key People vendors for service quality

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of People Operations experience in startups or organizations with 100+ employees
• Proven ability to build and automate HR processes for efficiency and scalability
• Advanced proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably Rippling
• Experience with payroll coordination and benefits administration
• Solid understanding of employment law and compliance best practices
