• Architect and improve the People Ops and TA operational stack using AI agents
• Design and deploy AI agents for routine operational tasks and multi-country HR compliance
• Build AI-powered reporting and analytics for operational insights and manage benefits administration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Ops with leadership experience
• Prior experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and agentic workflows
• Working knowledge of US benefits administration and multi-country HR compliance
• Strong data fluency and ability to redesign operational processes for automation
