People Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and improve the People Ops and TA operational stack using AI agents
• Design and deploy AI agents for routine operational tasks, including onboarding and compliance
• Build AI-powered reporting and analytics for real-time insights across the People and TA functions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Ops, with leadership experience preferred
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and agentic workflows
• Knowledge of US benefits administration and multi-country HR compliance preferred
• Proven ability to redesign operational processes with a focus on automation
