Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing organization, the full-time remote People Operations Manager will manage the full scope of people operations, including scaling infrastructure, embedding in the business, and upleveling leadership through strategic partnerships and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and formalize people systems and processes to support a 3x increase in headcount
- Act as a strategic partner to leaders for team structure, leveling, and headcount planning
- Implement a coaching and training framework to enhance leadership capabilities within the organization
Required qualifications
- Experience in scaling a tech or tech-enabled company from 100 to 500+ employees
- Meaningful experience supporting both non-exempt and exempt workforces in a remote environment
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of revenue drivers and team dependencies
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects from inception to completion
- Hands-on experience administering HRIS systems and PEO platforms
