Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time People Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations including onboarding and compliance, lead HR technology strategy and automation initiatives, and provide analytical insights to enhance organizational health.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily People Operations tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and compliance with employment laws
- Lead the configuration and optimization of HR technology systems and implement automation to improve efficiency
- Develop executive-level dashboards and synthesize people data into actionable insights for leadership
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience building scalable HR Operations infrastructure in high-growth environments
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and experience in evaluating and optimizing HR systems
- Working knowledge of immigration processes and federal employment law, particularly in California
- Experience in designing workflow automations that reduce manual effort
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create dashboards and translate data into executive recommendations
