Job Summary
Supporting the execution of core HR processes and systems, the full-time Manager, People Operations will ensure payroll, benefits administration, and employee support processes are accurate and responsive to staff needs while managing vendor relationships and serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Administer payroll and benefits processes, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance
- Manage relationships with People Operations vendors and coordinate administrative processes
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, providing support and tracking trends for process improvement
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in talent operations, customer service, and payroll support
- HR expertise and knowledge of employment laws across multiple geographic territories
- Experience using HR systems such as ADP, workforce, ATS, or Salesforce
- Strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and managing stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions and improve processes
