People Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a portfolio company focused on stablecoin payments infrastructure, the full-time People Operations Manager will manage HRIS and ATS systems, ensure global HR compliance, and coordinate payroll while operating in a hybrid environment in New York, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale HRIS, ATS, and people operations systems end-to-end
• Ensure global HR compliance across US, LATAM, EU, and APAC jurisdictions
• Coordinate international and domestic payroll and manage the full employee lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Experience in HRIS and ATS management
• Knowledge of global HR compliance regulations
• Proficiency in payroll coordination for international and domestic teams
• Familiarity with token grants and vesting schedules is a plus
• Mid-senior level experience in human resources or related fields
