Job Summary
Driving employee experience initiatives, the remote People Operations Manager will design onboarding processes, manage HR operations, and serve as a trusted point of contact for staff while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging onboarding and employee experience programs
- Oversee administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding, including paperwork and system entries
- Act as a liaison between staff and benefits providers, addressing inquiries and issues with care
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role, including internships
- A genuine passion for serving the LGBTQ+ community
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in G-Suite, HRIS, ATS, and solid Excel skills
- Experience supporting an employee population in a fast-growing environment
