People Operations Manager

Job Summary

To lead the operational backbone of People Operations, the full-time remote People Operations Manager will architect and enhance AI-driven workflows for hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management across multiple countries, ensuring compliance and efficiency without manual intervention.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and improve the People Ops and TA operational stack, embedding AI agents in key processes
• Design and deploy AI agents for routine operational tasks, including onboarding and compliance documentation
• Build AI-powered reporting and analytics for real-time insights into hiring and operational health metrics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Ops, with leadership experience preferred
• Prior experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments, with knowledge of global People functions
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and agentic workflows, including building and maintaining operational agents
• Working knowledge of US benefits administration and multi-country HR compliance
• Strong technical skills, including familiarity with APIs and automation platforms
