People Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing global team, the full-time remote People Operations Manager will architect and enhance AI-driven operational systems for hiring, onboarding, and compliance across multiple countries, ensuring efficient workflows and a seamless employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and continuously improve the end-to-end People Ops and TA operational stack, embedding AI agents in key processes
• Design and deploy AI agents to manage routine operational tasks, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Build AI-powered reporting and analytics for real-time insights into People and TA functions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Ops, with leadership experience preferred
• Prior experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and agentic workflows
• Working knowledge of US benefits administration and multi-country HR compliance
• Proven ability to redesign operational processes with a focus on automation
