Job Summary
Seeking a results-driven People Operations Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the full employee lifecycle, support talent acquisition, and ensure a positive employee experience while fostering an inclusive company culture.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the People Ops team to build and maintain processes for talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, and professional development
- Oversee daily People operations, ensuring compliance with policies and championing company culture
- Act as a point of contact for staff to address concerns and support day-to-day administration of People programs
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a People Operations and/or Human Resources role
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment and performance management
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Proven track record of fostering a culture of growth and development for employees
- Familiarity with HRIS, benefit administration, and ATS platforms, with experience in Rippling being a plus
