Job Summary
To streamline and optimize talent processes, the full-time remote People Operations Manager will architect employee lifecycle workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and oversee HRIS administration while driving compliance and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and document the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance
- Redesign workflows to improve efficiency and provide measurable time savings for the People team
- Manage the HRIS (Rippling) as the primary system administrator, focusing on automation and integration to reduce manual tasks
Required qualifications
- 4 to 8 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar operational role, preferably in high-growth tech or SaaS environments
- Hands-on experience with HRIS administration, with a preference for Rippling or similar systems
- Strong process design skills, with the ability to map workflows and identify bottlenecks
- Data fluency to analyze operational metrics independently
- Working knowledge of multi-state US employment compliance
