People Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time People Operations Manager will oversee payroll execution, manage People Operations processes, and enhance HR systems while working onsite or remotely in the Denver-Metro area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day People Operations, ensuring accurate and compliant execution of core processes
• Lead and develop the People Operations team while fostering a positive, values-driven team member experience
• Own and analyze compensation and workforce data practices, supporting annual compensation cycles and maintaining HRIS systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 6+ years of HR operations experience, including payroll ownership and HRIS configuration
• 2+ years of experience leading or coaching HR staff
• Strong understanding of payroll, benefits administration, and retirement plan processes
• Deep technical expertise in HRIS platforms and HR technology tools
