People Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing multi-state organization, the remote People Operations Manager will manage HR operations, employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration while enhancing the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage core HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, and HRIS administration
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters and support performance management processes
• Oversee recruiting operations and ensure smooth administration of employee benefits

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources or People Operations experience
• Experience in organizations with 50+ employees in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare experience, particularly with Physician Corporations and Management Services Organizations, is preferred
• Working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws
• Experience administering HRIS platforms and partnering with a PEO
