Job Summary

To support a growing team in a hybrid work environment, the full-time People Operations Manager will take ownership of talent acquisition, workforce strategy, and culture development while serving as a strategic advisor to leadership and team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of talent acquisition, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and team members
• Develop and execute workforce strategies that align with organizational goals and foster employee engagement
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the PEO

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of People Operations experience, including full-cycle recruiting and payroll administration
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience filling technical and data-driven roles, such as software engineering and data analytics positions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive outcomes
• In-depth knowledge of human resources best practices and labor laws
