People Operations Manager

Job Summary

As a remote People Operations Manager, the successful candidate will execute the operational foundation of the teammate experience by administering benefits, managing people systems, and supporting compliance and policy initiatives in a growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Evio's benefits programs and provide support to teammates regarding benefits and leaves of absence
• Oversee the administration of people systems, ensuring accurate records and continuous improvement of operational processes
• Support the maintenance of policies and compliance with employment laws, ensuring consistent and compliant practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in people operations, human resources, or a closely related operational role
• Strong experience in benefits administration and supporting teammates through various life events
• Experience managing people systems and maintaining accurate records and workflows
• Working knowledge of human resources practices, employment law, and compliance
• Exceptional organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset
