People Operations Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the employee experience, the full-time People Operations Manager will oversee HR initiatives, manage talent acquisition, and drive employee engagement strategies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals
• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
