Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Manager who will coordinate talent planning, lead the recruiting team, and design and implement People Operations processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate talent planning process to identify recruiting needs and prioritize hiring
  • Lead the recruiting team and manage the end-to-end recruiting process
  • Design and implement new People Operations processes to support department objectives
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in people operations, HR, talent acquisition, or HR generalist role
  • Prior experience leading and managing others
  • Prior experience with in-house recruiting and improving recruiting processes
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a small, fast-paced organization
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience
