Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations Manager who will coordinate talent planning, lead the recruiting team, and design and implement People Operations processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate talent planning process to identify recruiting needs and prioritize hiring
- Lead the recruiting team and manage the end-to-end recruiting process
- Design and implement new People Operations processes to support department objectives
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in people operations, HR, talent acquisition, or HR generalist role
- Prior experience leading and managing others
- Prior experience with in-house recruiting and improving recruiting processes
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a small, fast-paced organization
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience
