Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Manager to design, implement, and optimize HR processes and tools, and support employees with best-in-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Master HR tools and systems, lead HRIS operations, and manage vendor relationships
  • Be the point of contact for employee questions and matters related to benefits, on/offboarding, leaves of absence, and general People Operations
  • Evaluate People processes, make recommendations for improvement, and draft employee-facing communications
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience
  • Expert level Excel skills and prior experience with ADP HRIS tools
  • Prior benefits admin experience and strong understanding of HR and benefits compliance
  • Familiarity with local and federal employment laws in the US, EU, and Canada
  • Experience in the design and implementation of scalable HR processes and programs
