Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations Partner (m/f/d).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full employee experience across Europe, including contract management, onboarding, and offboarding
- Manage payroll processes in Germany and Austria, collaborating with external tax offices
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes while ensuring compliance and accuracy in HRIS data
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR Management, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in a People Operations or HR role in a fast-paced, international environment
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Hands-on payroll experience in Germany, with knowledge of Austria, France, Spain, or the UK being advantageous
- Experience with HRIS systems, ideally Personio or HiBob, and managing employee data
