Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Ops and Analytics Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an operational resource for employees on People-related issues, including employee relations and policies
- Develop and manage HR programs, policies, and processes that support employees throughout their lifecycle
- Act as an HRIS Administrator, maintaining and integrating employment data while driving automation and self-service
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HR operations, particularly in benefits, payroll, and policy administration
- Proficiency in managing onboarding activities and providing operational support for recruitment processes
- Familiarity with HRIS and data analytics
- Knowledge of HR-related legislation and industry trends
- Ability to analyze People data to drive organizational insights and decisions
