Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Ops and Analytics Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as an operational resource for employees on People-related issues, including employee relations and policies
  • Develop and manage HR programs, policies, and processes that support employees throughout their lifecycle
  • Act as an HRIS Administrator, maintaining and integrating employment data while driving automation and self-service


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in HR operations, particularly in benefits, payroll, and policy administration
  • Proficiency in managing onboarding activities and providing operational support for recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with HRIS and data analytics
  • Knowledge of HR-related legislation and industry trends
