Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations Partner who will build HR systems and processes while enhancing the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transition off the current PEO and implement HR infrastructure
- Manage leave requests and administer ADA compliance processes
- Build relationships with managers to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a people operations role, preferably in a growth-stage company
- Experience with FMLA, state leaves, and ADA accommodations
- Knowledge of federal employment laws and multi-state compliance
- Experience with HRIS platforms and process improvement
- High degree of discretion in handling sensitive employee information
