Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Partner who will build HR systems and processes while enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the transition off the current PEO and implement HR infrastructure
  • Manage leave requests and administer ADA compliance processes
  • Build relationships with managers to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a people operations role, preferably in a growth-stage company
  • Experience with FMLA, state leaves, and ADA accommodations
  • Knowledge of federal employment laws and multi-state compliance
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and process improvement
  • High degree of discretion in handling sensitive employee information
