Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture team, the full-time remote People & Talent Partner will assist with onboarding, employee support, and maintaining accurate employee records while ensuring smooth processes as the company scales.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, promotions, and offboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee information across HR and recruiting systems and documentation
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Required qualifications
  • At least 2+ years of experience in HR, Recruiting, Talent Operations, or People Operations
  • Experience supporting people programs and processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding tasks
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems, such as Ashby, Sequoia, or Google Workspace, is a plus
