Job Summary

Combining hands-on execution with strategic support, the full-time remote People Operations Partner for North America and Asia-Pacific & Japan will oversee the employee lifecycle, manage HR operations, and serve as the primary contact for employees and managers in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle across North America and APJ, including onboarding, benefits administration, and internal mobility
  • Act as the first point of contact for managers on people-related topics and guide them through various HR processes
  • Contribute to global People Operations initiatives and support process improvements in collaboration with the wider People Ops team
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in People Operations and HR within a global tech company, preferably in a remote-first environment
  • Solid experience managing the full employee lifecycle across multiple jurisdictions, including the US and at least one APJ country
  • Familiarity with US multi-state employment requirements and state registrations
  • Strong systems proficiency, particularly with Microsoft tools and preferably HiBob HRIS
  • Ability to work asynchronously across time zones with minimal oversight and comfort in ambiguous situations
