Job Summary

Experienced People Operations professionals will find a hybrid opportunity as a People Operations Partner, responsible for managing US payroll administration, executing People operations programs, and providing employee benefits support while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and administer bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all payroll-related processes
  • Execute People operations programs, maintaining HRIS data integrity and managing employee lifecycle transactions
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and manage leave of absence processes
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of related HR experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's degree
  • Hands-on payroll entry experience across multiple cycles and employee populations
  • Working knowledge of US wage-and-hour law and HR best practices
  • HRIS administration experience required (Workday, Rippling, BambooHR, or equivalent)
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel, with exceptional comfort in handling data
