People Operations Partner

Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic People Operations function, the part-time People Operations Partner will collaborate closely with the Director of People Operations on employee relations, compliance initiatives, and workforce planning, working remotely for approximately 20-25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Support employee relations matters and conduct investigations
• Assist with compliance reviews, audits, and organizational initiatives
• Partner with recruiting teams on workforce planning and hiring initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in Human Resources or related fields
• Strong employee relations experience
• Experience supporting leadership and executive stakeholders
• Experience assessing workplace, compliance, or operational risks
