People Operations Partner

Job Summary

Owning the People Operations function for the US team, the full-time remote People Operations Partner will manage recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives while collaborating with the global People & Culture team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Administer HR operations including payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management
• Support employee engagement and culture initiatives while serving as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a US HR/People Operations generalist role, preferably in a recruitment capacity
• Working knowledge of US employment law across multiple states
• Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms such as Gusto or BambooHR
• Ability to collaborate with global teams across different time zones
• Strong interpersonal skills and a warm communication style
