People Operations Partner
Job Summary
Partnering with Commercial, CX, and Finance/Ops leadership, the full-time hybrid People Operations Partner will own people strategies for the GTM organization, support leaders in making informed talent decisions, and drive performance management initiatives across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business priorities into actionable people strategies in collaboration with leadership
- Serve as the primary advisor on organizational and employee matters, coaching leaders to build effective teams
- Utilize people data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions for talent management
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of HRBP experience, with at least 2 years in a Sales/GTM environment
- Experience advising senior leaders in a scaling organization
- Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and organizational design
- Familiarity with US multi-state employment law and regional employment regulations
- Proficiency in people analytics and the ability to leverage data for decision-making
