People Operations Program Manager
Job Summary
Serving as a strategic partner for the People team, the full-time People Operations Program Manager will build systems and automations to enhance HR operations and enable data-driven decision-making in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end HR Business Partner enablement, designing and iterating on tools to enhance effectiveness
- Design and maintain operational workflows and playbooks for managers to improve team management
- Lead the automation of employee processes and develop dashboards for real-time org health analytics
Required qualifications
- Experience managing HR operations or People programs from design to rollout and impact measurement
- Familiarity with AI tools and experience in building workflows and automations
- Proficiency in building people analytics dashboards and translating HR data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with experience working across HR, Legal, and Engineering teams
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and timelines
