People Operations Program Manager
Job Summary
To enhance the employee experience, the full-time People Operations Program Manager will design, implement, and improve the onboarding process for new hires, serving as the main point of contact for onboarding and ensuring compliance while working primarily onsite or in a hybrid capacity from either the Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ office.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize the company-wide employee onboarding process, ensuring compliance and a smooth experience for new hires
- Partner with various teams to coordinate onboarding logistics and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless Day 1 experience
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure onboarding practices adhere to federal, state, and local laws
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in managing onboarding, new hire programs, or HR operations processes
- Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with experience in utilizing HR metrics for program evaluation
