People Operations Project Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Services Project Specialist - Temporary.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned People Services project tasks across various workstreams
• Lead or participate in multiple projects of different scales simultaneously
• Update and organize People intranet and knowledge base content in coordination with project leads

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in People Operations, HR systems/processes, or HR project delivery
• Solid understanding of core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance
• Experience supporting HR compliance and maintaining process accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver independently with limited oversight
• Experience working with intranet tools and HRIS, preferably Workday
