People Operations Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the primary UKG Pro subject matter expert, the full-time People Operations Senior Analyst will provide day-to-day system support, manage incoming requests, and enhance reporting and configuration while working remotely from Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Field requests, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality support for the People Ops team regarding UKG Pro
• Manage and triage incoming People Systems requests through Jira, ensuring effective prioritization and communication
• Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in UKG Pro to support HR, Finance, and business leaders

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on UKG Pro experience with strong proficiency in report building and system configuration
• Experience managing requests through a ticketing system, preferably Jira
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of maintaining data integrity, with experience in SOX audit controls preferred
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Clear and confident communication skills, both in writing and in person
