Job Summary
Managing day-to-day office operations, the full-time hybrid People Operations Senior Manager will oversee technology, finance, vendor relations, and staff experience initiatives, including hiring and onboarding processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead office management protocols and maintain operational processes to ensure smooth site functionality
- Oversee budget and finance management, ensuring compliance with expense and travel policies
- Coordinate talent acquisition and staff onboarding, while designing culture-building initiatives and events
Required qualifications
