Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for global employee inquiries and manage end-to-end processes for onboarding, termination, and employee changes
- Develop and adhere to policies and procedures, support team in SOP development, and identify new solutions for process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders, support People Operations projects, and work on program development
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a remote work environment
- Experience with HCM systems, benefits administration, and leave of absence administration
- High degree of personal ownership, accountability, and ability to handle sensitive information
- Ability to prioritize effectively, work in high-pressure situations, and collaborate with diverse teams
- Startup experience and involvement with fast-growing companies is highly preferred
