Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist to manage HR infrastructure and systems for its US and Canadian operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HRIS and payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Navigate cross-border compliance with US and Canadian employment laws
• Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and benefits administration

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of progressive HR generalist or people operations experience
• Expertise in ADP Workforce Now
• Experience with multi-state or international payroll and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong systems aptitude and organizational skills
