People Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations & Talent Specialist to support core people operations and IT talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records
• Assist in talent acquisition activities for IT and technical roles, including job postings and interview scheduling
• Collect and maintain people and talent data, preparing reports and identifying trends related to hiring and workforce capacity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in people operations, HR operations, or talent operations
• Hands-on experience with onboarding and offboarding processes and supporting talent acquisition
• Experience in preparing reports or working with people or recruiting data
• HR certification is an asset but not required
