People Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist focused on global compensation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit Workday entries to ensure accuracy
• Develop and manage Compensation content and knowledge articles
• Support in the data management of one-time payment programs
• Handle general compensation inquiries and employee requests, providing first-line support
• Participate in the training, review, and improvement of processes as part of global expansion of Shared Services

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Workday and a ticketing system like ServiceNow
• Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Suite tools
• Strong experience in Compensation or Total Rewards Management
• Preferred experience within high-growth companies
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing sensitive information
