Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist (Americas) to enhance the employee experience across its U.S. and Costa Rica workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience
• Oversee and optimize benefits, leave, and wellness programs in alignment with local regulations and employee needs
• Ensure compliance with HR governance and regulatory frameworks while maintaining payroll accuracy and data integrity

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in employee lifecycle execution, benefits administration, and compliance processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness
• Familiarity with HR systems, automation, and AI tools to enhance workflows
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of regulatory alignment
• Experience collaborating across various functions and time zones in a distributed environment
