Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist (Americas) to enhance the employee experience across the U.S. and Costa Rica workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and elevate the employee lifecycle experience from onboarding to offboarding
• Manage and enhance benefits, leave, and wellness programs in compliance with local regulations
• Ensure HR governance and compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in employee lifecycle execution and benefits administration
• Proven ability to manage payroll inputs accurately and timely
• Experience with compliance processes and risk management
• Familiarity with HR systems and AI-enabled tools for process optimization
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a distributed environment
